Acceptable Use Policy

1.Permitted purposes

Use AI Private Eye only where you have a legitimate and proportionate reason, for example:

• Due diligence on a business partner, supplier, investor or acquisition target.
• Vetting a counterparty before a contract, sale or tenancy, alongside a lawful screening process.
• Checking your own digital footprint.
• Fraud prevention and verifying that a person or company is who they claim to be.

2.Prohibited uses

• Stalking, harassment, intimidation, doxing or locating someone who does not want to be found.
• Researching children, or anyone for reasons connected to their race, religion, health, sexuality, politics or union membership.
• Making employment, credit, insurance or housing decisions on AI output alone.
• Pretexting, hacking, or any attempt to obtain protected or non-public records.
• Publishing dossier content as verified fact or using it to defame anyone.

3.Enforcement

We may block access and report suspected unlawful use to the relevant authorities.
