Who owns AI Private Eye, its dossiers, and the sources they cite.

1.Our rights

The AI Private Eye name, design, software, report templates and documentation belong to Automated Governance Systems Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

2.Your dossiers

Subject to these terms, you may use the dossiers, comparisons and reports you generate for your own lawful purposes, including sharing them with advisers and colleagues. AI-generated output may not attract copyright protection, and similar output may be generated for other users.

3.Third-party sources

Cited sources such as registry filings, court records, news articles and websites belong to their owners. A citation is a pointer for you to verify; it is not a licence to reproduce that material.

4.Infringement notices

If you believe something in the service infringes your rights, write to Automated Governance Systems Ltd (company no. 16076383), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, marked "IP Notice", identifying the work and the material concerned. We will review it promptly.
