1.Your rights

If you think the tool has produced information about you, you have the right to ask what we hold, to correct inaccurate information, to object to processing and to ask for erasure.

2.What we hold about you

Dossiers are stored in the account of the user who created them. We can tell you whether any dossier names you and act on it. The AI model may still produce inaccurate leads about you because it draws on general knowledge. Tell us, and we will review whether we can add safeguards that reduce the risk of that output.

3.Making a request

Write to Automated Governance Systems Ltd (company no. 16076383), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, marked "Subject Rights Request". We will respond within one month and do not charge for reasonable requests.

4.Complaints

If you are unhappy with our answer, see the Data Protection Complaints Policy or contact the ICO.
