AI assistant & liability disclaimer
AI Private Eye and every other assistant, avatar or chatbot in this app, and every dossier or report it helps create, generate AI content for general information, education and reflection only. Their responses are not professional, legal, financial, medical, clinical, therapeutic, educational, safeguarding or employment advice, do not create a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship, and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified person. Output may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, so always verify anything important — and any regulatory, compliance or safeguarding decision — with a qualified human before acting on it. You remain responsible for decisions you take and for how you use the output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automated Governance Systems excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, in respect of assistant output and accepts no liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, business, revenue or data loss) arising from reliance on it; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Full terms apply — see the Terms of Use and Ethical AI Policy.
In an emergency or if someone is at risk, contact your local emergency services or a relevant safeguarding authority.
